Line a baking tray with parchment paper and grease the entire surface with olive oil

Stretch out the dough trying to extend it as much as possible and let it rise in the switched-off oven for one hour

Stretch the dough again until it reaches the edges of the tray and let it rise again, always in the switched-off oven for another hour

Spread the surface of the pizza with a little tomato purée seasoned with oil and salt, then add the diced mozzarella, salami, and black olives

Bake on the middle rack of the oven in conventional mode at 240°C for 12/15 minutes
