Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl, beat them with an electric mixer until they become foamy

Combine the ricotta and whisk until it is perfectly blended

Grate the orange peel and squeeze them. Add the orange juice and the grated peel to the mixture, then whisk well to combine

Gradually add the flour and baking powder for cakes, then mix until the mixture is perfectly smooth

Pour the mixture into an oiled mold with a little extra virgin olive oil, then bake at 180 degrees for 40/45 minutes
