Method

1 Yogurt cake - step 1
Break the eggs, add them to the sugar, and beat them for about 5 minutes with an electric whisk

Add the flour, sunflower seed oil, and the zest of one lemon, and continue mixing until everything is perfectly combined

Finally, add the yogurt and yeast and mix until a perfectly smooth mixture is obtained
