Place the flour, water, yeast, and honey in a bowl or in the mixer's bowl

Add the salt and oil and continue kneading for a few minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic

Shape into a ball and let rise for one hour at room temperature, covered with plastic wrap

Roll out the dough on a floured surface and roll it up, sealing the edges well

Place the roll into the greased loaf pan and let it rise for another hour and a half, or until the dough reaches the rim of the pan

Bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C (356°F), on the middle rack, for 35–40 minutes
