Directions

It takes 7 steps in 55 min
1 - Mix the flour and eggs, roll out to a thickness that is not too thin, and cut into strips of the desired width. Once ready, dust them with semolina flour so that they dry while maintaining the right roughness
2 - Slice the shallot into very thin slices and sauté it with a little olive oil over low heat in a large pan
3 - Wash the mushrooms very gently under water and cut them into small pieces, not too big, leaving two or three whole ones for the plate decoration
4 - Add the mushrooms to the shallots with a little salt, white wine, and let them cook for 15 minutes
5 - Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water
6 - Add the butter to the mushroom pan and let it melt over low heat
7 - Drain the pasta and put it in the pan with the mushrooms, sauté it for two minutes and plate it

Cost

The finferli mushrooms are not among the most expensive mushrooms and can be easily found in supermarkets. The rest of the ingredients are very inexpensive. The cost of a single dish is around 3 euros

Health

Apart from the carbohydrates in the pasta, there aren't many other calories in the dish. Feel free to have seconds without too much worry
