Knead the flour with the butter, sugar, and salt until they are combined

If you want a crumbly shortcrust, add the baking powder as well, but keep in mind it will puff up slightly while baking

When adding the second egg, first add only the yolk; if the dough is already compact, avoid adding the egg white
