Boil the potatoes in plenty of water. Cook them with the skin on so they don't absorb too much liquid. They will be ready when you can easily pierce them with a fork and they are very tender

Flour the work surface and shape the gnocchi as desired, then set them aside

Put tomato puree, a pinch of salt, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a large pan. Once it reaches the temperature, add two basil leaves and turn off the heat

Cook the gnocchi in plenty of salted water, they will be ready as soon as they float to the surface. Drain the gnocchi and transfer them to a pan with tomato sauce, toss them for a few minutes until the sauce is perfectly blended
Cost
It is a very poor dish, definitely the cost per serving is less than one euro
Health
There are practically no fats, it's a particularly healthy dish. Eat as much as you want!
