For the side dish

Directions

It takes 9 steps in 1 h 5 min
1 Chicken Roll - step 1
Put a small pot of water on the stove, when it reaches boiling, immerse the eggs and cook them for 10 minutes, then let them cool, peel them, and set them aside
2 Chicken Roll - step 2
Cook the spinach in a pan with a drizzle of oil, a bit of salt, and half a glass of water, when cooked, turn off the heat and set them aside
3 Chicken Roll - step 3
Clean the chicken breast, debone it, and slice it thinly
4 Chicken Roll - step 4
Slice the asiago cheese thinly and set it aside
5 Chicken Roll - step 5
Lay the chicken slices on a surface covered with parchment paper, cover them with cling film, and flatten them with a meat tenderizer
Tip: I prefer to make several rolls so that each contains an egg, but you can also make a single large roll to be sliced later
6 Chicken Roll - step 6
Remove the cling film and cover the meat with ham, cheese, spinach, and finally the hard-boiled egg
7 Chicken Roll - step 7
Roll up the meat so that it completely wraps the filling and secure everything with kitchen string
8 Chicken Roll - step 8
Cut the zucchini into pieces not too small, place them in a bowl with oil, salt, and pepper, mix, and set aside
9 Chicken Roll - step 9
Coat the meat rolls with a mixture of salt and rosemary and bake them, along with the zucchini, at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes in a fan oven

Cost

For a meat dish, it is certainly not expensive. There are many ingredients, but none are excessively costly. We can safely call it an everyday dish

Health

The ingredients are numerous, and not all can be considered light. The zucchini side dish helps limit the calories, but there are still many; try to keep portions moderate
