Directions

It takes 2 steps in 5 min
1 - Break the eggs and put them into the immersion blender jar, add the oil and walnuts and a little salt, and emulsify until it becomes perfectly thickened
2 - Taste and adjust the salt, then put it in the fridge. The sauce can be kept, well sealed, in the fridge for 2 or 3 days

Cost

The only ingredient with a high cost is the oil, but we're talking about limited quantities, so the entire recipe costs about 2 euros

Health

Eggs and a lot of oil significantly increase the calories, so use it in moderation
