Put a large pot of salted water on the stove and bring to a boil

Meanwhile, place the anchovies in oil in a pan and let them cook until they have melted

Add the butter, a pinch of salt, and the anchovy sauce to the pan, and mix over low heat until everything is perfectly blended

Finely chop the dill and set it aside

Cook the pasta and drain it al dente, then toss it in the pan with a little cooking water, adding the chopped dill. Serve with a grating of lemon zest

Despite the high cost of anchovy drizzle, we can consider it a frugal dish because very little is used. Each plate costs around 3 euros
Health
The butter, although little, raises the calories a bit but there aren't many other added fats. If you really can't resist, you are allowed to ask for a small second serving
