Pork stew with beer
Stew is usually made with beef or veal, but today we're seeing a 'poor' version made with pork, specifically with the neck. Believe me, you won't be disappointed; the meat will be flavorful and incredibly tender

7 Pork stew with beer - step 7
After two hours of cooking, remove the lid, taste, and adjust salt if necessary
8 Pork stew with beer - step 8
Add a few sprigs of rosemary and continue cooking over medium heat without the lid for another 20 minutes to let it dry slightly

Cost

The pork neck is a very inexpensive cut; each portion is definitely under 3 euros in cost

Health

The meat contains a lot of fat, but that's its characteristic. Don't overdo the portions if you want to pass the swimsuit test
