Place ground beef, eggs, grated Parmigiano Reggiano, breadcrumbs, salt, and nutmeg in a large bowl

Knead all the ingredients, also adding milk and wine, until they are perfectly blended

Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper and shape it into a compact oval

Roll the mixture with the parchment paper and seal the ends using kitchen twine, then bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes

After the initial baking, remove the parchment paper and place the meatloaf in a baking dish with its juices, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with chopped rosemary before baking for another 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius
