9 Jam tart
With the remaining dough, roll out a rectangle and cut 1 cm wide strips to arrange on top of the jam in a classic lattice pattern
10 Jam tart

Cost

The jam tart is an inexpensive dessert, made with simple and easily available ingredients. The total cost is just a few euros, especially if homemade jam is used. It is therefore a sweet and genuine solution within everyone's reach

Health

The tart provides energy thanks to sugars and carbohydrates, making it ideal for breakfast or as a snack. It contains fats and sugars, so it is best enjoyed in moderation. It can be made lighter by using jam without added sugars or a shortcrust with less butter
