Chocolate pudding is a velvety dessert, very simple and never disappoints. Made with dark chocolate and milk, this dessert is served cold, with a whipped cream finish or, as I did, simply with a sprinkle of crumbled amaretti biscuits
Heat the butter in a saucepan over low heat, when it has melted add the flour and stir until it is perfectly combined

Put the saucepan back on the heat. Add the sugar and milk little by little and bring to a near boil

Turn off the heat, add the chopped chocolate and stir for a few seconds until it is completely melted

Pour the mixture into a buttered mold and let it cool for 2 hours at room temperature and then another 2 hours in the fridge
Cost
The cost of making this recipe is negligible, each serving definitely costs less than one euro
Health
With butter and chocolate, it is not a particularly light dessert. Enjoy one serving without asking for seconds if you don't want to change your pants size
