Roughly chop the dark chocolate and set aside

Heat the butter in a saucepan over low heat, when it has melted add the flour and stir until it is perfectly combined

Put the saucepan back on the heat. Add the sugar and milk little by little and bring to a near boil

Turn off the heat, add the chopped chocolate and stir for a few seconds until it is completely melted

Pour the mixture into a buttered mold and let it cool for 2 hours at room temperature and then another 2 hours in the fridge
