Directions

It takes 4 steps in 20 min
1 - Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes of about one and a half centimeters, then set them aside
2 - Put a large frying pan on the stove with butter and let it melt over high heat. As soon as the butter begins to froth, add the potatoes and a little salt
3 - Cook over high heat, tossing them frequently. Try not to flip them with a spoon to avoid breaking them
4 - At the end of cooking, add the pepper and chives and sauté for another couple of minutes. They will be ready when they appear nicely browned
