I discovered them not long ago during a trip, but these typical French crepes have become one of my favorite breakfasts. The acidity of the lemon is balanced out by the sugar, and the result left me amazed
Put the eggs, milk, and sugar in a bowl, mix well with a whisk. Add the flour and continue stirring until the mixture is perfectly smooth

To prepare the icing, combine powdered sugar and lemon juice in a cup. Add the lemon juice one drop at a time while continuing to stir until the consistency becomes thick but smooth
3
Heat a large non-stick skillet and lightly butter it. With these measurements, you will get two crepes, so pour half of the batter at a time

Once cooked on the bottom (a couple of minutes will be enough), turn off the heat and flip it to cook on the other side. Meanwhile, sprinkle the surface with sugar and a little lemon juice, then fold it into a triangle and serve covered with lemon glaze
Cost
All cheap ingredients, a single portion definitely costs less than one Euro
Health
Definitely there is sugar, but personally I consider it a good and healthy breakfast. If you have time, have it during the week before rushing to work
