Put the sugar and the butter (which must be soft) in a bowl and mix for a few minutes with a fork until it becomes a cream
Tip: Leave the required butter out of the fridge for at least 20 minutes before using it

Add the eggs, one at a time, beating with electric whisks until fully incorporated

Add room temperature milk, flour, baking powder, salt, and vanillin, continuing to mix until you obtain a very liquid, smooth, and homogeneous batter
Tip: Leave the required milk out of the fridge for at least 20 minutes before using it

Butter a 28 cm smart tart pan and pour in the batter, leveling it as much as possible

Bake in a static oven at 170°C (340°F) for 20–25 minutes
