Ingredients

Chicken thighs (boneless)

Directions

It takes 5 steps in 40 min
1 - Prepare the marinade by mixing paprika, beer, and tomato paste. Place the boneless chicken thighs in a Cuki bag and pour the marinade liquid inside. Then, let it rest in the fridge for 2 hours
2 - After the marinating time is complete, remove the chicken thighs and thread them onto skewers, then set aside, taking care to preserve all the marinade liquid
3 - Peel and finely chop the onions.
Put a large pan on the fire with plenty of oil, brown the onion and add the skewers with all the marinade liquid, add salt and cook over medium heat with a lid for half an hour
4 - At the end of the cooking process, bring the heat to almost maximum, remove the lid, and allow the liquid to thicken
5 - Serve, decorating with a few sprigs of fresh thyme

Cost

Chicken is relatively cheap, the rest of the ingredients are almost negligible in cost. Per serving, the cost can be calculated to be less than three euros

Health

The chicken thigh is not the leanest part and the skin contains a lot of fat. It's a good hearty dish but not too fatty, feel free to have seconds but only if you've just finished a nice run in the park
