Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, then mash the bananas with a fork and set aside

Roughly chop the walnuts and set aside

In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar and whisk with an electric mixer for at least 5 minutes

Add the bananas and sunflower seed oil to the bowl and continue mixing with the electric whisk for one minute

Add the flour, cinnamon, and baking powder to the bowl and continue mixing with the electric whisk for one minute

Finally, add the chopped walnuts to the bowl and combine everything

Grease and flour a rectangular loaf pan and pour the batter into it

Bake at 180 degrees for 55/60 minutes in a static oven. After baking, insert a toothpick into the center of the cake; if it comes out dry, it's ready. Otherwise, extend the baking time by a few minutes
