Air Fryer French Fries

Air Fryer French Fries
Fried, or rather not fried, in an air fryer, they are a lighter and crunchier alternative to traditional frying. Preparing them is simple: just cut the potatoes, season with oil and spices, and cook them in the air fryer until perfectly golden. The result is golden, tasty fries with less oil and fewer calories

Directions

It takes 4 steps in 40 min
1 Air Fryer French Fries - step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks about 5 or 6 millimeters thick
2 Air Fryer French Fries - step 2
Place the cut potatoes in a bowl with the oil, salt, and a bit of chopped rosemary, mix everything, and let rest for 15 minutes
3 Air Fryer French Fries - step 3
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
4 Air Fryer French Fries - step 4
After the first cooking is done, remove the basket, gently stir the fries, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes at 200 degrees
Tip: Cooking times depend on the thickness of the potatoes; if you've cut them thicker than mine, extend the cooking time by a few minutes

Cost

It's hard to find a more economical dish than this, and considering that very little oil is used, we can definitely call it a very affordable dish

Health

I really want to call this a light dish; the potatoes aren't fried but cooked with a little olive oil. Feel free to have seconds without worrying too much
