4 Thin olive oil piadinas - step 4
Divide the dough into 6 equal balls and roll them out on a lightly floured surface, creating a thin disc (about 2 mm)
Tip: If you prefer very large piadinas, you can divide the dough into 4 pieces
5 Thin olive oil piadinas - step 5
Heat a non-stick pan well and cook each piadina for about 1–2 minutes per side
Tip: If bubbles form, pierce them with a knife

Cost

These piadinas are very inexpensive, thanks to the use of simple ingredients. Making them at home is definitely cheaper than buying packaged piadinas. They are therefore a perfect choice for those who want to save money without sacrificing taste

Health

From a nutritional point of view, this lard-free version is lighter and more digestible than the traditional one. Extra virgin olive oil provides heart-healthy unsaturated fats, while the absence of preservatives makes the piadinas a healthier option
