Smoked salmon tagliolini

Smoked salmon tagliolini
A very simple recipe that takes you back to the 90s, when cream still reigned in the kitchen. Honestly, despite everything, I find it a quick and delicious recipe

Directions

It takes 4 steps in 25 min
1 Smoked salmon tagliolini - step 1
Put a large pot on the heat with plenty of salted water for cooking the pasta
2 Smoked salmon tagliolini - step 2
Cut the smoked salmon into strips and put it in a high heat pan. It will only take a few seconds to cook
Tip: If you want a nice presentation of the dish, set aside some salmon, it will be placed raw on the plate
3 Smoked salmon tagliolini - step 3
Add the cream, a little bit of salt, and a bit of pepper. Let it cook until it thickens slightly
4 Smoked salmon tagliolini - step 4
Cook the pasta until al dente, drain it, and put it in a pan along with the salmon and cream. Sauté it for a minute over high heat until everything is perfectly blended. Plate it, garnishing with some chopped parsley and, if you have it reserved, some salmon

Cost

Unfortunately, I have to classify it among the expensive dishes. Good smoked salmon cannot be found cheaply. Each portion costs around 5 euros

Health

Cream, as we know, is certainly not a light condiment. Try to limit yourself to one serving
