One of the most affordable cuts of pork, with slow cooking can deliver a unique flavor and tenderness. I wanted to keep the recipe with very few ingredients to make it simple and quick. Trust me, the taste won't be lacking!

1 Roasted pork neck - step 1
Sprinkle the pork neck with a mixture of rosemary, salt, and pepper. Cover the entire surface. If you have a good Bolognese brine, you can use that

Prepare the garlic cloves and finely chop an onion, then set aside

Put the seasoned meat in an ovenproof dish with a lid. Add garlic, a few peppercorns, a sprig of rosemary, and finely chopped onion. Finally, add the water, being careful not to wash away the flavors from the meat
Tip: If you don't have a baking dish with a lid, use a baking tray and cover the meat with aluminum foil, trying to seal it as tightly as possible

Bake and let cook for 2 hours at 180 degrees. After two hours, turn the meat over carefully without piercing it and bake it again for another 2 hours

After the next two hours, remove the baking dish from the oven and increase the temperature to 220 degrees in grill mode. Save all the cooking juices, strain them, and set them aside. Place the meat back in the oven, after flipping it, in a baking pan lined with parchment paper to create a nice crust on the surface. It will only take 5/10 minutes and it will be ready to be served with its cooking juices
Tip: Be careful when you move the meat, at the end of the cooking it will turn out very tender
