Directions

It takes 5 steps in 30 min
1 Fusilli with speck and Swiss chard - step 1
Finely chop the speck and brown it in a pan with a drizzle of oil. At the end of cooking, deglaze with Port liquor
Tip: Set aside a little bit of speck if you want to decorate the dish once it's ready
2 Fusilli with speck and Swiss chard - step 2
Add the tomato puree, and when it's hot, add the roughly chopped chard leaves without the stems
3 Fusilli with speck and Swiss chard - step 3
Put a large pot of salted water on the heat and, once it reaches boiling point, add the pasta
4 Fusilli with speck and Swiss chard - step 4
Add the cream to the sauce and stir while keeping the heat on low. Taste and add salt if necessary
5 Fusilli with speck and Swiss chard - step 5
Cook the pasta al dente and toss it in a pan until it is perfectly coated with sauce

Cost

Despite being born as a recovery recipe, it is full of ingredients, so I can't define it as cheap

Health

Unfortunately, whipped cream makes the recipe heavy. Avoid it if you are on a diet
