1 Cream Puffs - step 1
Put a pot on the heat with water, butter, and a pinch of salt, bring it to a boil, and turn off the heat

Add the flour and stir first with a whisk, then with a wooden spoon for a few minutes. Set aside to cool for 15 minutes
3 Cream Puffs - step 3
When the dough has cooled, add the eggs and vigorously mix with the whisk until it is perfectly smooth

Put the dough in a pastry bag and shape the cream puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, keeping them as far apart as possible

Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes, until they have acquired a beautiful golden color. Remove from the oven and let them cool
6 Cream Puffs - step 6
With the help of a pastry bag, or simply by cutting them as I did, they can be filled with any type of cream. Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar
