Wash the zucchini and cut them roughly

Heat a drizzle of olive oil with a clove of garlic in a pan, add the zucchini and a pinch of salt, then sauté for 5–6 minutes over medium heat

Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta

Remove the garlic and place the zucchini in the immersion blender jug. Blend together with the cream, taste and adjust the salt
