Directions

It takes 4 steps in 55 min
1 - Wash, peel, and pit the peaches, then put them in a large pot with the sugar
2 - Turn on the fire at medium intensity and stir for a few minutes
3 - Using an immersion blender, blend the peaches directly in the pot, then simmer over medium-low heat for 40 minutes, continuing to stir
Tip: If you have a kitchen robot that heats up, use it, just set it to a temperature of 90 degrees with minimal blade movement
4 - Fill the previously sterilized jars with boiling water and let them cool until a vacuum is formed
